This "farmhouse", originally a one story ranch, has been completely renovated to reflect the farmlands surrounding it. The home was designed to appear as though it was built more than 100 years ago, yet has been modified to support the way we live now. The stonework was meticulously cut and placed piece by piece in the same way stone masons have done throughout history. The stone arches are self supporting, as they too were built the old-fashioned way. Interior detailing reflects the fine craftsmanship for which Phil Rochelle is known.
