This sunroom provides ample space for gathering, reading and TV watching, while providing views to the beautiful yard and pool beyond. The sloping grade at the rear of the house allowed us to take full advantage of the space below the sunroom for use as an exercise room, complete with built-in sauna and bath. The roof design was a complex system of ridges and valleys which required steel posts and tension ring at the base. Our many years of construction experience enabled us to build this complex structure correctly. Our expert trimwork hides the steel super-structure with a beautiful wood cornice.
